When you request a price or lock a rate, we collect your pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details, dates, name, email address and phone number. When you contact us, we collect what you send. Our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, arrange transport with carriers, contact you about your shipment, answer questions and improve our service. We share pickup and delivery details with the carrier assigned to your shipment so they can complete it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't give your phone number to other brokers or lead resellers.

How long we keep it

We keep shipment records as long as needed for the shipment, any claims, and our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing quote@askship.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, which we honor on request.
